Vettel stamps victory in India

Red Bull Racing Team driver and current world champion Sebastien Vettel of Germany stamped victory in Indian Grand Prix for the second time with total domination.

Vettel won the race leading from start to finish also with domination of all practice sessions, qualifying and race at the Buddh International circuit .

Ferrai´s Fernando Alonso, the main title challenger for Vettel managed to finish 2nd from starting 4th on the grid as Australian Mark Webber´s Red Bull suffered a DRS failure and the Spainard Alonso dint waste any time and mounted a fantastic challenge to overcome Webber.

Ailing Webber managed to take final podium after withstanding the charge from  Lewis Hamilton who ultilised all his resources till the last lap to grab the podium.

Hamilton finished fourth while team mate Button finished 5th and they had a fantastic duel at the start of the race for few laps..Hamilton had steering change during his second stop.

Massa (Ferrari) was 6th and  Raikonnen was 7th on his Lotus with his team mate Grosjean finishing 9th. Force India´s Nico Hulkenberg finished 8th while team mate Paul Di Resta came in 12th. Williams drivers Bruno Senna finished 10th while Pastor Maldonado finished 16th after excursion out of the track. Mercedes driver Nico Rosberg finished 11th while multiple champion team mate Michael Schumacher experienced puncture at the start of the race and to pit in for new tire to join the tail end of field but only to retire into the pits 3laps from the finish.

Homeboy Narain Karthikeyan managed to complete the full race distance in his low budget HRT while his team mate Pedro De La Rosa spun out of the track due to a brake failure.

Overall Sebastien Vettel stamped his authority over his rivals at the Indian Grand Prix and extended his championship points lead to 13 points over Ferrari´s Fernando Alonso with just 3 more races to go.

Podium, Post Press Conference & Post Race Party and the exciting Indian GP weekend comes to a close until 2013.
